Keyes AI, Inc. uses the following third-party subprocessors to provide the GitDB platform. Each subprocessor is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
| Subprocessor | Purpose | Location |

| OpenAI, Inc. | Vector embedding generation (fallback provider) | United States |
| Google Cloud Platform (GCP) | Infrastructure hosting, compute, storage, and networking | United States |
| Cloudflare, Inc. | DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, and static site hosting (Cloudflare Pages) | Global (edge network) |
| Stripe, Inc. | Payment processing and billing | United States |
Notification of changes
We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before engaging a new subprocessor or materially changing the purpose of an existing subprocessor. Customers with a signed Data Processing Addendum (DPA) may object to a new subprocessor within that notice period as described in the DPA.
Enterprise self-hosted
Enterprise customers using self-hosted deployments may configure their own embedding provider, eliminating the dependency on Microsoft Azure OpenAI and OpenAI, Inc. as subprocessors. Infrastructure subprocessors for self-hosted deployments are determined by the customer's own environment.
